Terms & Conditions

1. Service Provider

These services are provided by:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides:

private door-to-door transfers

long-distance intercity transfers

private sightseeing transfers

The Company operates its own vehicles and cooperates with carefully selected licensed transport partners within the European Union.

The transport contract is always concluded between the customer and the Company.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made via the website or confirmed in writing.

The booking becomes binding once full payment is received.

A confirmation email with all journey details will be issued after payment.

4. Prices

All prices are fixed and confirmed at the time of booking.

Prices include fuel, tolls, and standard waiting time.

No hidden fees apply.

Additional services not included in the original booking may be charged separately.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free cancellation with a full refund is available if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

6. Waiting Time

Airport pickups

60 minutes waiting time from the actual flight landing time is included.

All other pickups

60 minutes waiting time from the scheduled pickup time is included.

After this time:

the booking may be treated as a no-show, or

additional waiting time may be charged.

7. Flight Delays

For airport pickups:

flight arrival times are monitored

pickup time is automatically adjusted in case of delay

No additional charge applies for reasonable delays.

8. No-Show

A booking is considered a no-show if:

the customer does not appear at the pickup location within the included waiting time

the customer cannot be contacted using the provided phone number

No refund applies in case of a no-show.

9. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

providing correct pickup details

providing a valid phone number

being ready at the agreed pickup time

selecting the correct vehicle category according to the number of passengers and luggage

Failure to do so may result in loss of the booking without refund.

10. Luggage Capacity

Each vehicle has a maximum luggage capacity.

If the declared number or size of luggage is exceeded, the Company reserves the right to:

provide a larger vehicle with surcharge, or

refuse the service without refund.

11. Child Seats

Child seats must be requested during the booking process.

Availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute requests.

12. Subcontracted Drivers

The Company reserves the right to assign the transfer to a licensed transport partner.

All partners are:

legally authorized

properly insured

professionally trained

13. Delays and Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays caused by:

traffic congestion

road closures

weather conditions

accidents

border controls

actions of authorities

other circumstances beyond our control

Such situations do not entitle the customer to compensation.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the booked transfer.

The Company is not responsible for:

missed flights

missed connections

indirect or consequential losses

15. Passenger Conduct

Drivers may refuse service if a passenger:

is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

behaves aggressively

endangers safety

No refund applies in such cases.

16. Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted by email within 7 days after the service.

17. Data Protection

Customer data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the booked service and may be shared with the assigned transport partner.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
